Topaz is a young lady with a teenage apperance. She is of Beatman race and therefore has ears the resemble one of a fox's. She had bright red hair and amber-colored eyes. She has delicate features; soft skin and a dainty gate. She enjoys wearing dresses and loose clothing; it is easy to meanuver with her wind-based powers.

Topaz is a kind girl with aspirations of becoming the sort of person her parents would like her to be. Like many memebers of the Rune Knights, the ideas of justice and hardwork are well ingraned into her mind. She hates the thought of malice and all things evil and will do anything to keep the land of Fiore safe.
But, despite her age, Topaz seems to harbor a child-like curiosity towards things she's unfamiliar with. Much to her parent's disdain, Topaz enjoys wandering off, sometimes for days, simply for scenic walks or observing nature. Topaz is nothing less than free-spirited. She enjoys meeting new people and isn't one to judge a person of their outward appearance.
Topaz is timid. While she does want to please her parents and do what is needed to be done in order to become a worthy Rune Knight, she seems to shrink at the thought of violence.
HISTORY
The Taevas family had always been one that valued virtue and all things ethical. Originally a group of traveling beast-like nomads of the Earthlands, the family settled within Magnolia Town and offered their services to Fairy Tail and eventually the Rune Knights, after demonstrating their magical know-how and strength. As such, much of their roots are found within Fairy Tail and now, more commonly, amongst the Rune Knights. Their family name had a certain amount of prestige to it, as this collection of Beastmen had always seemed to harbor powerful magic. Some liked to theorize it ran in their blood, others thought it might have been the way the family rose their warriors. What everyone appeared sure of was that they were grateful that they sided with good and not evil.
Topaz, at the time, had been the newest member of the family. She was the proud daughter of Azur and Celio Topaz, her mother and father who were high-ranking and respected Division Commanders. Many were certain that Topaz would have bound of potential with parents like them.
Now, at the age of six, it was clear to many that Topaz would prove to be a bit of a troublesome child. She had an inquisitive mind and a lust for running off where she shouldn't. Like a well-trained escapist, the cunning Topaz often seemed to find a way to escape the watchful eye of her caretakers. This time, she'd managed to go off far. Unfortunately, she had been found by the likes of less-than-good individuals. A member of a Dark Guild stumbled across her and wasted no time stealing her away. Members of Fairy Tail were requested to set out on a search to find her. The search lasted days, and Topaz's distraught parents had begun to lose hope.
Eventually, though, she was spotted in the wilderness and quickly brought back to Magnolia Town. As they checked if she were hurt or injured, they had discovered the immense power of a Sky God Lacrima within Topaz's body - something that had not been there before. They figured that members of a Dark Guild must have taken her away to be experimented on.
It was decided that in the interest of honing her new powers to the best of its abilities (and making sure that her powers did not end up turning on the Rune Knights) she would be trained as a Rune Knight.
And so she was. Topaz's magic acceled; she harbored more power than they had been expecting of her. However, she never seemed all too interested in battle. Her mind always wandered in search of something better, but Topaz could never figure out what that something was.

NAME: Sky God Slayer Magic.

DESCRIPTION: Sky God Slayer Magic is a type of magic that gives Topaz to control the element of the sky-- namely manipulating the power of wind. It is a magic that requires a free-willed spirit but also an amount of focus. Topaz is able to consume the air around her and exude it back at an enemy in the form of spiraling whirlwinds. It also allows the user to create wind-based weather systems such as tornadoes or vacuums. The magic gives the user a means of aerial combat.
DRAWBACKS: Like all magic, extensive use of Topaz's Sky God Slayer Magic will cause fatigue and drain her energy. Using such for too long will begin to corrupt Topaz's mind and actions, turning her into a darker version of herself. Additionally, because her Sky magic requires the ability to consume and exude air, long bouts of this magic will deteriorate Topaz's lungs, making her breaths shallow and give her difficulty breathing.

DESCRIPTION: Topaz launches out vacuum blades of air that are aimed to hit and cut the target. The spell itself isn't incredibly strong and is designed to be used multiple times in battle. Once the vacuum blades hit an opponent, they become the surrounding air's target, and thus, more wind is inputted into the attack every turn, making the attack more powerful.

DESCRIPTION: Topaz channels wind around her lower body, effectively creating a medium-sized tornado beneath her. This spells allows Topaz to lift her body off the ground, letting her maintain airborne.
