Most of Genesis' appearance is mundane, allowing her to blend in with the crowd rather easily. She is of average height, weight, and build for a girl her age and does not have any distinguishing features that she commonly keeps uncovered. Her clothes tend to be more upon the baggy and loose side, more based upon comfort rather than anything else. She also prefers to keep her blonde pixie hair within her hat. Overall, her attire tends to have a skull theme to it, such as the symbol upon her shirt and the pin on her hat.

By most means, Genesis behaves quite childish. She speaks within a manner similar to most children, full of questions that she wants answered, full of hope and even nativity. Like most young children, she does not judge a book by a cover, instead giving everyone an equal chance before she will form her own opinion regardless of rumors or any other words she may hear. While generally she is friendly and a bit more upon the extroverted spectrum, she does have a bit of a mischievous streak where she enjoys messing around with others regardless of whether or not they may appreciate it. As she is often travelling alone, Genesis has since gained a sense of self-responsibility and may occasionally even act a bit mature for her age in that regard.
Unfortunately, one of Genesis' defining traits has since become her temper. She is known to have a short-fused, easily ticked off. Her temper tantrums also tend to be uncontrolled, often getting physical in the process. When further angered, she is prone to further fits of violence. When in a fit of anger, Genesis generally loses sense of self control, acting purely on instinct and emotion rather than logic, often acting out in a haphazard manner. Her aggressiveness also plays outside of when she is not angry, generally being impatient, struggling to wait for long periods of time without getting frustrated. Like most people, Genesis also struggles with insecurity, having a sense of doubt about her usefulness and relationship with others. She finds herself second guessing her own skills, wondering if she is even capable and thus sometimes may not even act unless given some sort of push.
HISTORY
Unlike most people, Genesis was never born but rather created. During the period of growth with humans slowly evolving past their former state, there were humans who would begin to crave the power of the gods. Now that they had magic underneath their command, surely they were capable of wielding the power of creation. Perhaps they would be able to use magic to create full-fledged human beings, allowing humanity to further ascend upwards, becoming a step forward to the gods that they once worshiped. Such an idea was met with heavy backlash, thus ignored by the Magic Council who refused to acknowledge or contribute to such a project. As such, many would turn it illicit means to gain the funding and resources they needed, operating underneath the nose of the council.
There were multiple subjects, each consisting of different material, meant to simulate the elements that were found within the human body. Only the most successful creation would be bestowed a lacrima, the core that would produce enough magical energy to give them life and nothing else. After careful scrutiny for years, the one subject they deemed worth giving life to was Subject IV, later renamed Genesis after the project. They would implant a lacrima, finally bringing her to life once and for all.
Genesis spent the first years of sentience undergoing numerous tests, seeing how she physically and mentally compared to an organic being. She was shown to be a success, mimicking a human almost perfectly. She was even capable of having emotions, forming relationships, and would even gain a personality of her own. The only concern they would have was her temper, far more violent and uncontrollable than they would originally anticipate. They would brush it off, hoping that they would one day be able to quell her rage, but as time passed it would only grow. Even if she wasn't powerful, her actions would attract too much-unwanted attention. All their attempts to subjugate her had failed, forcing them to make the difficult decision to restart the project with a new subject. As such, they would take her out into the wilderness, hoping that the dangerous creatures would erase all evidence of her exist.
Some divine being would take pity upon Genesis upon that day as she would attract the attention of a great beast. What her creators failed to notice was that they had accidentally trespassed into the territory of a great dragon by the name of Ircuros who had come to investigate this disturbance. Her life was now in the hands of the dragon who had quickly realized her unusual origins. Rather than killing her right then and there, the dragon took pity upon the young homunculus, instead deciding to try and raise her as his own and give her a sense of normality.
Within this new life, Genesis would create vivid new memories, with her past pushed far behind her. Due to this, she had forgotten her status as a homunculus and the years she spent within the lab. For all she knew, her life started when Ircuros had adopted her. The years that they spent together were far from easy, with the dragon given the momentous task of quelling her natural aggressiveness which was what pushed others away from her in the first place. In order to combat this, Ircuros had initially planned to teach her only the theories of his magic, meant just as a way to control her anger, only to realize that she was capable of learning it. Despite being a construct, Genesis possessed ethernano, perhaps an unintentional side effect from the lacrima that gave her life.
Wanting to pass his magic down, Ircuros would fully begin to instruct Genesis into becoming a full-fledged Water Dragon Slayer. Such a task was incredibly difficult for her, especially when many of the methods appeared to directly clash with her own personality. As such, while she was capable of picking up many of the forms and ideas, performing them never came easy. While Ircuros continued to do his best to guide her through he would constantly say it was up to Genesis to learn and understand her magic by herself.
One day, her life would change when she would wake up to find her adoptive father gone. Search as he may, she was unable to find him. It was as if he had vanished into thin air. Left with no other options, Genesis continued her search for Ircuros, this time taking her first step into the outside world for the first time since she was abandoned. It was difficult the first few days and weeks, however, she was just surviving and nothing else.
She would not learn to thrive until she met Aaric. He was a wandering mage. Taking pity on the girl, he would agree to allow her to travel with him so that she would learn what being mage was like. She would accompany him on his missions, helping him out occasionally and he would help her develop her magic prowess. Genesis would regard the time she spent with him as precious, rivaling the memories she made with Ircuros. However, as time pushed forward, slowly Genesis would give up on her quest to find him, instead opting to learn how to live in society with others.
Unfortunately, Aaric could not go with her the entire way. A mission gone wrong would result in the mage becoming paralyzed, ending his days traveling. Despite the accident, he would continue to urge Genesis to go forth, becoming the mage that he could not be. With a heavy heart, she agreed, going out to the world to make her own destiny.

DESCRIPTION: A large bandanna that once belonged to her former companion, Aaric. While Genesis does not wear it, she typically uses it as a bag to carry any of her personal belongings. Such belongings include a hair comb, a water skin and a scale belonging to Ircuros.

DESCRIPTION: Dragon Slayer magic is an ancient type of magic, originally held exclusively by dragons before they would later pass their art down to their pupils or through the use of special lacrimas. This specific form of magic allows Genesis to generate and manipulate water in order to augment her fighting capabilities. However, such magic goes a step further than the typical water magic, allowing her to mimic the bodies of the great dragons, taking multiple aspects of their body upon hers and gaining a fighting style similar to theirs. One of the unique features of being a Water Dragon Slayer is Genesis' natural resistance against water based magic and her capability to consume any sort of water in order to minorly restore herself and sustain herself, including magically generated water. However, she must consume large volumes, roughly equal to a swimming pool size in order to gain any benefits.
DRAWBACKS: Like other dragon slayers, Genesis suffers from severe motion sickness, unable to handle any source of transportation that does not involve a living being. In addition, excessive use of the magic will result in her undergoing dragonization where she could turn into a dragon permanently, resulting in her losing all sense of her former self and becoming a monster.

In addition, she is capable of using her body to reflect any attack by 50% that is within her range. Due to the nature of this technique, she can only use this to protect herself and cannot extend it towards anyone else.
